The taproot story

Traditional, holistic routes to health have been my quest for almost 20 years. As a business school graduate, and successful head-hunter in Paris in my early twenties, I was plagued with severe insomnia, anxiety attacks, and body image issues. I discovered the holistic practices of yoga and Chinese medicine which gave me hints that man and nature are connected. I had to know more. I had to "go to the root".

After two years of study in France, I flew to Nanjing, China. There, I learned Mandarin Chinese and enrolled in a five-year program in mandarin (which is equivalent to an M.D) at Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of the top medical schools in China. I finished my residency at Jiangsu Provincial Hospital, where I was able to treat thousands of patients.

I completed my education with a doctorate degree in acupuncture & integrative medicine in Los Angeles, with a focus on Women's health and fertility.

My personal story of pregnancy loss and IVF give me a unique perspective into this challenging journey. Nothing makes me happier than to help women, men and families grow and thrive.

I hope to provide a safe compassionate space of healing for women, men and families to find their root back to health and into their best physical and emotional shape.
